Xiaoyushan Park, or Little Fish Hill Park（小鱼山公园), is so named because of its location by Yushan Road, or Fish Hill Road.
Little Fish Hill Park was built in 1983, and finished in 1985. It is the first Chinese classical style hilltop park in Qingdao.
Little Fish Hill is about 60 meters high and about 2.5 hectares.
The hill is not high, because of it’s location, you can view the best resorts in Qingdao, such as Zhanqiao Pier, Luxun Park, Little Qingdao Isle, No.1 Bathing Beach, Huquan bay, Badaguan Scenic Area, Huiquan Square, Baguan Hill, Signal Hill Park, Qingdao TV Tower, and more.
The main building on Little Fish Hill is three layers tall and is an octagonal building, named “Lan Cao Ge” (览潮阁).
Inside building there is a spiral staircase which you can take to go to the second and third floor.
People can go around the platform and enjoy the blue sky, blue sea, green trees, red tiled roof, and all these unique Qingdao beauties.
Ticket: 15RMB per person.
Take bus #220, get off at Xiaoyushan station, then follow Fushan Road then turn to left on Fushan Branch Road, arrive at the park in 5 minutes.
Take bus #6, #26, #214, #223, #304, #311, #312, #316, #321, #501, #801, #802 Get off at No.1 Bathing Beach, and follow Yushan Road for about 10 minutes and then turn to right Fushan Branch Road, arrive at the park in 5 minutes.
